Love Cosmetics had a popular ad campaign in the 1970s, with ‘This is Love in 197_ ‘ (year) as their tag line. This particular ad is from 1972 for Love’s Glossy Lip Tint. The model had the mysterious 1930s look that was trendy in the early 70s. The sensuous lip tint colors of Juicy Melon, Ripe Red, Wild Raspberry, Strawberry Wine, and Poppy Pink were bold, high-gloss and super smooth.
